Keep track of your projects with clear status updates.

Each project on Mavity goes through different statuses to help you understand its progress.

Project Statuses:

  • Draft: The project is being created. You can still make edits here. You won’t have a creative team assigned to your project.

  • Ready for Execution: Your project is in line, ready for the creative team to start. You can have as many projects on queue as you wish, be sure to prioritize them so your creative team knows which to work on first.

  • In progress: The project is being actively worked on by the team. Depending on your Creative Ops plan, you can have 1, 2, or 3 ongoing projects.

  • Internal Revision: The project manager and creative director are reviewing the work and deliverables.

  • Ready for Approval: It’s your turn to review the deliverables and provide feedback.

  • Complete: The project is finished, and all deliverables are approved.

What You Need to Do:

Here's what you, as a client, need to know and do at each stage of the process.

1. Draft Status

  • What it means:
A project in the Draft status indicates that it is not yet submitted for development or request. Our team will not begin working on it in this state.

  • What you should do:

    • If you want Mavity to start working on the project:

      • Go to the Project Detail page for the specific project.

      • Click the Submit button.

    • Important: You’ll need an active Creative Ops subscription to submit projects. If you’re unable to perform this action, check your subscription status.

2. Ready for Approval Status

  • What it means:
The project is completed and ready for your review. It’s your opportunity to provide feedback or approve the work.

  • What you should do:

    • Review the project deliverables thoroughly.

    • Provide feedback if changes are needed, or approve the project if you’re satisfied.

  • How to approve the project:

    • Option 1:

      • Navigate to the Board View in the Projects section at app.mavity.co/projects.

      • Drag the project from the Ready for Approval column to the Complete column.

    • Option 2:

      • Go to the Project Detail page of the project in the Ready for Approval status.

      • Click on the Status Pill and change it to Complete.
