Use the annotation feature on images to mark specific areas for improvement.

Provide clear, actionable comments. Instead of saying "fix this," describe exactly what needs to be fixed.

Provide examples or reference images to explain what you want to achieve.

Step 1: Upload and Manage Assets

  • In the Project Detail view, you’ll find the Reference Files section.

  • Upload assets (logos, images, files, etc.) that will help guide the creative process.

Step 2: Provide Feedback Using Annotations

  • For images, click on the asset to annotate directly. You can highlight areas and leave comments, making it easy to provide clear instructions.

    • Use the shapes tool (square or circle) to frame or highlight sections. You can change the color of the shapes and resize them once you add them.

    • Use the pencil tool to draw directly on the image and make annotations.

    • Use the undo and redo tools if you need to change or revert any action.

    • Use the comment tool and leave specific comments on the asset.

    • See the comments history by clicking on the comment history button. Here you can collaborate and reply to threads, react with emojis or solve comments.

  • Your feedback is stored in the project’s chat section, ensuring all communication is centralized.

Step 3: Collaborate in Real-Time

  • Use the project chat to communicate with your creative team or project manager.

  • Share thoughts, files, and feedback within the chat, keeping all conversations in one place.
